About Me

Navigating life’s challenges can feel like an overwhelming and at times – impossible endeavor. We may struggle to make sense of our circumstances (past and present) and in the process, feel disconnected from things that support the very essence of who we are or would like to be. My hope is to collaboratively work with you to make sense of challenges you may be bumping up against and to help you strengthen or reconnect with the values, identities, and relationships that support your authentic self.

I work with individual and relational clients from a systemic, strength-based, and anti-oppressive approach that honours clients’ stories and preferred ways of being with oneself and others. I am also dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgemental space, and am committed to developing and maintaining a trusting therapeutic relationship throughout our work together.

I welcome the opportunity to connect with you and learn more about you.
